Milling plant is HACCP, ISO 9000 and FSSAI certified.
No hands touch the product from the time wheat is bagged at the farm level till Sooji is packed in the pouch or bags.
Our Sooji has zero black particles and each particle is of the right granule size giving a uniform texture in the final product.
The most unique feature of our Sooji is that it is dried/light roasted to reduce moisture making it lighter and giving it a longer shelf life. This drying process also results in better yield while making the final product as the water and oil absorption is optimal
